About the Role:

You will play a vital role in supporting our Fleet Sales Department by ensuring seamless administration processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing recent vehicle orders and customer documentation
Preparing registration paperwork and ensuring compliance requirements are met




Managing vehicle invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinating vehicle delivery schedules with customers
Preparing delivery documentation, logbooks and keys
Assisting with vehicle inspections and delivery preparation
Supporting the Fleet Sales team with administration and data entry
Assisting with vehicle handovers both onsite and offsite

What We Are Looking For:
Previous automotive administration experience
Exceptionalorganisationaland multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent computer skills
Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence
Revolution Software experience highly desirable
