Chooks at the Rooke is seeking a hands-on Farm Operations Manager to lead day-to-day farming activities at Cororooke, Victoria. You will work closely with the owners to drive growth, manage operations and people, and ensure secure, productive, compliant production.
Reporting directly to the owners, you will oversee farm operations, logistics, inventory and SOPs while mentoring staff and maintaining high animal welfare standards.
