We are a boutique builder/developer who specialises in delivering diverse range of projects - anywhere from high-end homes & townhouses to retail & medical projects. We are looking for a Full Time Contract Site Manager to help us run a project in KYNETON.

This is the prospect to be involved in a mixed-use project that consists of both commercial and residential components. Be part of a growing company, experience an amazing culture & working setting whilst having the right support behind you.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and overseeing project delivery.
Reporting to Directors and/or Project Manager.
Ensuring work is within time, budget and quality standard.
Managing Project Teams and Site Personnel
OH&S; - ensuring all safety regulations are being implemented.

About You:
Relevant tertiary or trades background
Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
Experience delivering industrial and/or retail projects preferred
Proven track record of managing similar projectsfrom start to completion up to$5M
Excellent communication, analytical & adaptable
A positive and solutions focused attitude
Excellent with clients, subcontractors and co-workers alike
