About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, humble, and team-focused Group Fitness Coach to join our crew. You’ll be stepping into a dynamic, fast-paced workplace where energy, integrity, and passion matter just as much as programming and performance.

Confident in leading group training sessions with energy and care

Certificate III & IV in Fitness

Current CPR and First Aid

Availability to coach 10–20 hours per week (early mornings and evenings)

Work for the owners of the first-ever BFT Franchise

Be mentored by industry leaders who helped shape the BFT model
