As the Assistant Shop Manager, you will:
Engage with customers, providing a high level of customer service.
Writing quotes
Negotiate with Assessors.
Ordering parts
Manage relationships with suppliers.
Liaise with insurance companies
Manage the staff on the shop floor, making sure the shop runs smoothly.
