Hays are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a range of short-term and ongoing opportunities across Adelaide. Your new role
As a Forklift Operator, your duties may include:
Loading and unloading trucks
Transporting stock throughout warehouse environments
Picking and staging orders for dispatch
Receiving incoming goods
Inventory and stock replenishment
RF scanning and warehouse management system use
General warehouse and yard duties
Maintaining a safe and organised work setting
What you'll need to succeed
Previous forklift operating experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Valuable communication skills
Reliable transport and robust attendance record
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and alcohol testing where required
Advantageous experience and licences
Current High Risk Forklift (LF) Licence
Counterbalance forklift experience
High Reach forklift experience
RF scanning experience
Pick packing experience
Experience loading and unloading freight
Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
