We are supporting a market leader in creative road safety solutions as they look to appoint an Operations Coordinator on a full-time, in office role. Located in North East VIC, with flexibility to spend time at other additional site locations.

The role involves managing and maintaining contractual documentation, ensuring accurate records of project contracts and data, and handling administrative tasks related to compliance and reporting. You will also support project teams with data management, job costings analysis, coordinate time-lines, liaise with stakeholders, and manage contract-related queries to ensure smooth operations.

You will need:
Experience in contract management, document preparation, and data entry
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail for data management and record keeping




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating between teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks within a close team environment
Relevant experience or qualifications in administration, similar disciplines
Knowledge of or experience in the civil engineering or road safety industry is a strong advantage
