We are currently offering two full-time Pastry Cook positions in our Southern Highlands and Blue Mountains locations.
Positions Available 1. Bowral – Immediate Start (Permanent Full-Time) Join our established Southern Highlands store in a modern, fully equipped kitchen. 2. Glenbrook – September 2026 Start (Full-Time Maternity Leave Cover) A full time fixed-term opportunity covering maternity leave in our Glenbrook store.

glazes and finishes Maintain consistency and high presentation standards Manage daily production schedules Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met Work collaboratively within a small team setting Contribute ideas for seasonal and specialty products Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pastry Cook, Pastry Chef or Baker in a commercial kitchen Certificate III or IV in Patisserie (preferred but not essential) Strong understanding of dough fermentation and pastry techniques Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Excellent attention to detail and consistency Reliable, punctual and team-oriented Full Australian working rights What We Offer Competitive salary ($75,000–$80,000 depending on experience) Full-time stable employment Work with an award-winning brand Modern kitchen with quality equipment Supportive team environment Opportunity for creative input and professional growth
