Meli is seeking a Caseworker for Care Services in Home Based Care to support children and young people to feel secure, supported and connected. You will coordinate compassionate case management, develop care plans with carers, and work with authorities to ensure stability and positive outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, document thoroughly, meet reporting requirements, and contribute to a child-protected culture. This role is full time, 38 hours per week in a home-based care setting.
