Known for delivering complex, design-driven projects, this builder has an impressive pipeline and a collaborative, professional culture.

About the Role
/n
You'll be responsible for leading tenders across a portfolio of high-value projects, including:
/n
/n
Mixed-use projects
/n/n
Project values typically range from $50M to $200M, providing exposure to technically challenging and high-profile builds.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
Lead the preparation of detailed cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions
/n
Review drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
/n
Manage subcontractor engagement, pricing, and negotiations
/n
Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering initiatives
/n
Work closely with internal stakeholders including project and design teams
/n
Support continuous improvement of estimating systems and processes
/n/n
About You
/n
We're open to candidates who are:
/n
/n
Currently working as a Senior Estimator, or
/n
A capable Estimator ready to step up into a senior position
/n
Experience with a reputable builder on commercial or residential projects
/n
Exposure to high-rise and mixed-use developments (highly regarded)
/n
Robust commercial acumen and attention to detail
/n
Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
/n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
/n/n
