Salary Range: AUD 100,000 - 130,000 per annum

About the Role

You willbuild and maintain KPI monitoring, detect anomalies early, and produceregular and ad-hoc analysesthat drive retention, conversion, and revenue performance. You will partner closely with Product Operations and Campaign teams — translating business questions into explicit analytical outputs.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain aproduct metrics framework(dashboards, alerts, definitions) for core KPIs:conversion, retention, activity, ARPU, payment and campaign performance
Daily monitoringof metrics; flag anomalies and leadroot-cause analysis
Deliverweekly/monthly insight reportsand deep dives requested by operations and leadership
Complete independent analysis projects (e.g. funnel drop-off, cohort behaviour, campaign incrementality)
Develop analytical models where valuable:LTV, conversion paths, pre-churn signals(SQL + Excel/Power BI; Python/R a plus)
Partner with stakeholders to turn findings intoprioritised recommendations
Document metric definitions and ensureconsistent reportingacross teams




UseAI toolsto accelerate exploration and documentation where appropriate

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus)
5+ yearsinproduct analytics, growth analytics, or data analysison internet/mobile consumer products
StrongSQL; proficient in Excel and Power BI(or equivalent); experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)
Solid grasp offunnel, cohort, retention, and experimentationconcepts
Self-driven, detail-oriented, solid Mandarin communication

Python or Rfor analysis and light predictive modelling
Experience ingaming, fintech, marketplaces, or subscription consumer apps
Experience supportingoperations or campaign teamswith recurring reporting cadences
