Job Description This is an occupational‐therapy position focused on providing assessments and therapeutic interventions to people aged 6‐65 with neurological disorders and other disabilities.
Core responsibilities include: Assess clients' needs, design therapy plans and deliver interventions. Support participants with conditions such as autism, post‐stroke and Parkinson's. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, behaviour‐support practitioners).
Engage with clients, families and caregivers, many of whom have NDIS funding. Participate in networking, learning and development opportunities. Report to the NDIS and adhere to relevant regulations. Salary:
$73,000 – $110,000 + Super When You Join Us A Team Leader to assist with systems and practices.
A Clinical Supervisor for formal weekly meetings and clinical support. A buddy for ad‐hoc questions. Supportive multidisciplinary team and cooperative workplace. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and at least 1 year post‐qualification experience; 3+ years for senior positions.
Own vehicle and a valid driver's licence. Evidence of Speech Pathology Australia Registration, Police Check and Working with Children Check. Passion, adaptability, people‐oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
