About the Role
MSS Security is seeking aFull-Time Security Officerto join our team at a secure site located inMyambat / Denman, NSW (Hunter Valley region).
This role operates on a24/7 rotating roster, thereforefull availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
The position offers$***** p/hr + superannuation + applicable shift loadings, withrelocation incentives availablefor candidates moving to the area.
Due to the nature of the site, applicantsmust hold a current NV1 security clearance.
Successful candidates will receivepaid ongoing training, including site-specific training as required.

Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Conducting foot and/or vehicle patrols of the site
Monitoring and responding to security and safety risks
Providing a professional security presence
Incident response and escalation as required
Monitoring CCTV systems and alarms
Completing accurate reports, logs, and records
Onsite risk mitigation and compliance with procedures
Skills and Qualifications
Certificate II in Security Operations
Valid NSW Security Licence
Current NV1 Security Clearance (Must Have)
Current First Aid Certificate
Ability to work under pressure and remain alert
Robust conflict resolution and communication skills
Full availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
