About the Role
In this role, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to advocating children while aligning with Insight Early Learning's core values ofWisdom, Innovation, Sustainability, and Equity.
Your responsibilities may include:
Leading the engagement, onboarding, and induction of new team members
Managing administrative functions such as attendance records, purchasing, and resources




Developing and maintaining high-quality parent and family communication
Supporting and supervising educators, in collaboration with the leadership team
Contributing to and maintaining the centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
Promoting a positive team culture and high-performance standards
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant regulations
Supporting community engagement initiatives, events, and programs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma or higherin Early Childhood Education and Care (must have)
CurrentNSW Working with Children Check(must have)
Minimum3 years' experiencein childcare or early learning setting
Demonstratedleadership and team development experience
Strong knowledgeof EYLF, NQS, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, solutions-focused approach
Experience withXploror similar systems (nice to have)
