An creative Federal Government Agency is looking to engage an experiencedLogistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinatorto provide end-to-end logistics, procurement and asset management support within a secure and high-tempo operational environment.
The successful candidate will support equipment procurement, asset management, deployment planning, travel coordination and stakeholder engagement across government and private-sector partners.
The role will be offered as an initial12 month contract with a 12 month extension option, based inBarton, ACT.
TheLogistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinatorwill be responsible for but not limited to;
Coordinating operational deployments, logistics activities and travel administration
Managing end-to-end procurement activities, contracts and supplier relationships
Identifying and mitigating procurement, logistics, supply-chain and operational delivery risks
Maintaining accurate asset registers and coordinating regular stocktakes
Supporting budget management, financial forecasting and procurement planning
TheLogistics, Assets and Procurement Coordinatorwill have experience in the following:
Demonstrated experience withSAP or equivalent enterprise systems
Experience across logistics, asset management, procurement and operational support
Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate supply-chain, logistics and procurement risks
Experience supporting secure, technical, international or complex operational environments
Experience with dangerous goods or regulated operational environments will be highly regarded
