The Role
You'll take ownership of multiple residential builds, keeping sites running safely, on time, on budget, and to Burbank's standards.
What You'll Do
Manage multiple home builds end-to-end
Coordinate trades and site activity
Schedule works and manage timelines
Complete QA inspections and ClickHome updates
Maintain strong safety and compliance standards
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
What You Bring




Site Management experience in residential construction (volume preferred)
Robust trade coordination skills
Building & Construction qualification
Solid understanding of codes and OH&S;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
White Card & Driver's Licence (Builder's Licence advantageous)
