The Role: Clinical Expertise meets Heart-Centered Care
Working one-on-one with clients across theRockhampton region, you will provide a premium care experience ranging from basic companionship to complex nursing.
Clinical Care (Nurses):Manage wound care, catheter care, and medication while monitoring complex health needs.
Holistic Support (Caregivers/AINs):Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
Community Connection:Provide companionship and transport for community outings and social engagement.
Documentation:Maintain thorough, accurate records and follow care plans developed by ourRN Care Designers.
What You'll Need
We hire forattitudeand a "can-do" spirit.
Qualifications:Nurses:Current AHPRA Registration (RN or EN).
Caregivers:Minimum Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care.
Compliance:Valid NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Blue Card (WWCC), and National Police Check (within 12 months).
Safety:Current First Aid & CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Transport:Valid Driver's License and areliable vehicleappropriate for transporting clients.
