Hutchinson Civil is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Site Manager to lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the Albury/Wodonga region.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving programme, productivity, safety and commercial outcomes on site.
The Role
You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations including:
Leading all on-site construction activities including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
Managing programme to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
Monitoring productivity and cost performance to protect project margins
Driving safety culture and ensuring compliance with all WHS and environmental requirements
Working closely with the Construction Manager to manage variations, risks and client expectations
Mentoring and developing colleages and site teams
Maintaining accurate site records, reporting and documentation




You will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
About You
5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Senior Foreman role within civil construction
Strong experience in subdivisions, bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage or similar
Proven ability to manage programme and cost performance
Confident leading teams and subcontractors on active sites
Sound understanding of WHS obligations and site compliance
Strong communication skills with clients, engineers and suppliers
A practical, solutions-focused mindset
