The successful candidate will provide Level 3 support across servers, cloud, networking and end-user environments, and will design, implement and manage IT infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities include triaging incidents, maintaining security standards, documenting configurations, and mentoring junior staff.
Robust Microsoft, WatchGuard and Veeam experience is preferred.
