Australian Department of Industry, Science and Resources is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide high‐level legal advice to the Commissioner of the Anti-Dumping Commission and senior staff on trade remedies law and investigations.
You will review reports, manage merits and judicial review matters, contribute to case management and Commissioner briefings, and mentor junior staff while developing policy and practice initiatives in a team-oriented regulatory environment.
