About the Role
You'll become an integral part of a high-performing sales team while gaining hands‐on experience across every stage of the sales process.
Managing daily schedules and appointments
Coordinating listing presentations, appraisals and marketing campaigns
Assisting with Open for Inspections, private appointments and auctions
Buyer management and proactive follow‐up
Vendor communication and exceptional client care
Prospecting and lead generation
Managing and nurturing our extensive CRM database
Following up qualified buyer enquiries and creating new opportunities
Ensuring compliance throughout the sales process
Attending regular sales meetings, coaching sessions and professional development
About You
We're looking for someone who is motivated to build a long-term career in real estate and thrives in a fast-paced,



high-performance workplace.
Previous experience in real estate sales or administration (preferred but not essential)
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities
Strong attention to detail
A proactive attitude and exceptional work ethic
High levels of professionalism and initiative
A genuine desire to learn from experienced industry professionals
A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agents License
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
A commitment to building a successful long‐term career in residential real estate sales
Local knowledge of the Bayside and surrounding areas will be highly regarded
