We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take the reins of manufacturing operations for a growing business in Shepparton.
This is a genuine leadership role — you'll be accountable for driving performance across a two-shift operation, leading a team of around 45, and making a real, visible impact on productivity, quality, and culture.
What you'll be doing:
Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations across the site
Managing production across two shifts, ensuring consistent output and coverage
Leading a team of approximately 45 employees
Driving productivity and continuous operational improvement
Ensuring quality standards are consistently maintained
Monitoring general manufacturing performance and identifying issues early
Holding team members accountable and driving a performance culture
Leading, motivating, and developing your production teams
Partnering closely with the administration support team to keep operations running smoothly

Proven experience managing manufacturing operations at scale
A hands‐on leadership style — you lead from the floor, not the sidelines
Experience managing large production teams (40+)
A track record of improving productivity and operational performance
Robust leadership, communication, and people management skills
