What you'll do
Supporting the development, refresh and ongoing maintenance of Alinta Energy's corporate strategy and Five-Year Plan
Conducting market, customer,competitorand industry analysis to develop insights and strategic recommendations
Assessing acquisition, investment and partnership opportunities through financial modelling, business cases, valuationanalysisand due diligence support
Analysingcapital allocation priorities, portfolioperformanceand proposed investments against strategic, risk and value creation criteria
Preparing clear presentations, briefing papers and decision-support materials for Executive, Board,shareholderand governance forums.
Your experience
A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering,Financeor a related discipline
Two to five years' experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance, investment banking, commercialadvisoryor a related analytical role
Strong analytical,quantitativeand problem-solving capability, including financial modelling, business casedevelopmentand commercial analysis
Experience in market analysis, competitorassessmentand strategic research, with energy,



utilities,infrastructureor industrial sector experience viewedfavourably
Excellent PowerPoint,storyliningand stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within tighttimeframes.
Please note this role requires full working rights within Australia.
This role is suited to a commercially minded analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, working acrossfunctionsand translating detailed analysis into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.
