Position Summary
Join our Ladies and Gentlemen in the Banquet Kitchen, where you will oversee the preparation and production of hot and cold dishes for hotel events and functions.
Support Kitchen management in delivering top-quality, consistent food across all banquet offerings.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and team members, ensuring efficient and precise food preparation.
Plan and manage food quantities, plating, and presentation for each event, with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
Keep your section organised and running smoothly during every service period, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Strive to exceed guest expectations by understanding their needs and delivering excellence in every dish.
Assist your team with preparation and execution during service, upholding the highest standards of food safety and property guidelines.
About You
