Job Description
Understanding the menu and promotional activities
Handling cash and credit transactions
Setting up and packing down functions and events
Ensuring guest enquiries and restaurant dining reservations are followed through in a professional manner
Preparing and serving food & drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests
Responding to colleague / guest requests promptly in order to deliver a seamless service in conjunction with service team
Collaborating with our Events team and Kitchen to provide seamless service across out Food & Beverage Offerings
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and other beverages

About the Candidate
Proven experience in similar role
Attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team
Flexibility - working, weekends and public holidays are all part of the job
Ability to work in a team and a fast-paced workplace and prioritize workloads, as well as assist in supporting the team with other duties as required
Excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards
Motivation - your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energized
Most importantly a passion for food & beverage
A current RSA certificate
You must have working rights in Australia
