Silverstrand is seeking an experienced Yard Person to join the team.
Plant Company Depot - Tingalpa
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing equipment for hire and delivery
Truck Driving
Hiab crane operations
Forklift operations
Washing, cleaning, and detailing machinery and vehicles
Conducting basic maintenance checks and reporting defects
Loading and unloading equipment safely
Assisting with yard organisation and housekeeping
Managing equipment movements within the yard
Checking incoming and outgoing plant and attachments
Supporting workshop and operations staff as required
Maintaining safety and environmental standards across the depot
About You
Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry
Previous experience as a yard person
Forklift - LF
Crane Licence
HR or HC licence
First Aid & CPR trained
