Full-time (1.0 FTE), fixed term contract until 31 December ****
Salary Range: $103,917 – $116,002 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

Work that matters
This role will work to deliver targeted, place-based career and education pathway programs that support school students and adult learners in northern Adelaide to explore and pursue careers in the health professions.
The role provides dedicated coordination across schools, industry, Adelaide University teams, and the Northern Adelaide Health and Wellbeing Partnership to ensure consistent delivery of work experience programs, SACE Stage 2 Integrated Learning, career exposure events, and tailored pathway advice.

The team
This role will work most closely with:
Academic and professional Staff across the university
Adelaide University students
Leaders, teachers, and students at secondary schools in the Northern Adelaide region, and vocational education and training providers
Industry,



Government and Community groups in the Northern Adelaide region
Health partners and networks across the Northern Adelaide region, including the Northern Adelaide Health and Wellbeing Partnership

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
Experience in coordinating, planning and delivering projects, events, programs and activities that support future career pathways
Experience in developing and delivering workshops and educational programs within the VET, careers, university, school pathways, or health education environments
Proven ability to build and maintain community and partner relationships, engaging effectively with students, schools and educational networks
Proven ability to demonstrate strong written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills




Excellent administrative, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and working autonomously or as part of a team
Experience in using administrative information systems and Microsoft Office programs
