This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners while working closely with senior leaders across the business.
You'll provide commercial insights, drive financial performance, and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and executive reporting.
Key responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial advice and commercial insights.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across multiple business units.
Prepare executive and Board reporting, delivering financial analysis and performance commentary.
Evaluate business cases, investment proposals and ROI to support strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve business performance, reporting and financial processes.
Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial recommendations to support growth initiatives.
Lead,
coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.
About you
CA or CPA qualified with experience in commercial finance, FP&A; / business partnering.
Proven experience leading or mentoring a small finance team - ideally within a large, complex organisation.
Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with Power Query / planning tools advantageous.
A commercially minded finance leader who enjoys partnering with the business to drive performance and continuous improvement.
