You have a trade background in a related field (Auto-Electrician/Fitment Technician/Mechanic) and/or demonstrated working background in a technical based customer service role/environment
Demonstrated aptitude to understand and convey technical information
OEM/ Automotive or Caravan related experience
Yourcommon- sense approach, can-do attitudecomplimented by your proven ability to effectively communicate and be proactive in a fast-paced changing work environment will see you transition into the role with ease.
