Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting support for the dealership
Process and reconcileAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivabletransactions
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting documentation
Assist with bank reconciliations, supplier statements, and customer account follow-ups
Maintain accurate financial records inSAPand other finance systems
Support month-end closing, reporting, and general ledger reconciliation
Liaise with dealership managers, sales, admin, and head office finance teams
Assist with expense claims, commission-related data, and dealership financial reporting
Ensure compliance with company finance policies and internal procedures
What We're Looking For
Required
Degree or qualification inAccounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Previous experience inAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Experience usingSAP financial systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing
Good Excel skills and general computer literacy
Solid communication and organisational skills

Previous experience in anautomotive dealershipor retail business
Understanding of dealership finance operations and vehicle sales administration
Bilingual communication skills inEnglish and Mandarin
Experience working with multi-entity or fast-paced business environments
