About the role
Peninsular Gold Coast are currently seeking aFull-Time Housekeeping Room Attendant / Receptionistto join our team inSurfers Paradise.
Role Overview
5 days per weekprimarily focused onhousekeeping duties
Cleaning guest rooms and apartments to a high standard
Inspecting all cleaned roomsto ensure housekeeping standards are met before guest arrival
Reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly
When housekeeping duties are completed, the role will also include:
Assisting guests with check-in, enquiries, and day-to-day operations
Handling emails, phone calls, and basic administration tasks
About You
Previous housekeeping experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards




Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Basic computer skills preferred
Hospitality or reception experience is an advantage
