Strong background in modern cooking
Ability to run the service and kitchen
Robust leadership
Proven ability to maintain high and consistent food standards, volume and quality
Immaculate grooming and presentation
Organization, communication, OH&S; and training skills
Work within a friendly, organized team with unlimited support from management.
