What you'll do
Prepare meals according to approved menus and dietary requirements
Ensure safe food handling and hygiene practices are maintained.
Assist with kitchen operations including food storage and preparation
To be successful you will possess:
Experience in commercial cooking
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to obtain all legislatively required personal history screening
Qualification in commercial cookery(Desirable)
Experience working in aged care kitchens(Desirable)
