About the Role
We've recently relocated into one of the largest Automotive Hubs in Ashmore, and we're seeking a highly organised and customer-focused
Receptionist / Service Advisor / Administrator
to join our team at
Gold Coast Car Electrics & Mechanical (GCCEM)
.
This is a full-time position based at our Gold Coast workshop, where you'll play an integral role in supporting our daily operations while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients in person and over the phone in a professional manner
Schedule and manage appointments for our service and repair technicians
Handle customer enquiries, providing updates on job progress and timelines
Maintain accurate records and update client information in our database
Assist with processing invoices and payments
Order parts and supplies as required
Provide general administrative support across the business
About You
Previous experience in customer service or administration (automotive experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency with computer systems,



including Microsoft Office and client management software
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
