Centre Manager
who is experienced in making big change and positive impact on early childhood centres and teams.

Selection criteria:
Proven experience in transforming centres and teams.
Evidence of implementing innovative programs for children and team members.
Have a knack at building relationships with your team members, families, children and the community.




Be an experienced early years leader.
A can-do attitude and positive mindset.
Drive unique programming and practice & implement contemporary evidence-informed pedagogy.
Experience and knowledge of centre operations, finances and legislative requirements.
Have a passion for excellence for children.
Essential Criteria:
Bachelor/Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-equivalent.
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates
Valid Working with Children's Check
