ARRCS are currently sourcing qualified and experienced
Registered Nurses (RN)
to support our Home Care consumers and RA residents within our Aged Care Facility
Tjilpiku Pampaku Ngura
located in
South Australia's APY Lands
community of
Pukatja
and to support clinical care needs of our home care consumers within the surrounding communities of
Pipalyatjara, Mimili, Kaltjiti, Iwantja and Amata.
These roles are being offered on a permanent, full time basis and are residential roles, requiring you to
relocate to APY Lands
with
relocation and furnished, shared accommodation included in your remuneration package.
This role will see you providing clinical care to our residents whilst also providing team leadership, supervision and support for less experienced workers to achieve people focused quality care in-line with our ARRCS mission.

ARRCS are offering an exclusive package for skilled Registered Nurses to join our team in
APY Lands
, below is what our package includes:
Penalty driven hourly rate of an Aged Care Registered Nurse Level 2 -
(AM rate) $***** / hour - $***** / hour ($101,290 - $106,400 PA) gross base.
Exclusive $20,000 PA bonus structure for your first year (1) of employment.
(conditions apply).
$10,000 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax upon successful completion of probation.
$10,000 gross (pro-rata for PT) less tax payable after completion of a further 6 months service thereafter with bonus payments ceasing upon the completion of one (1) year of continuous service.

Employment terms under a lucrative enterprise agreement which allows for overtime rates, weekend, evening shifts, public holiday rates and additional allowances.

Skills and experience
To be considered for this role, we are asking all applicants to provide evidence of the following skills and experience:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
Working Rights for Australia – This package is
not offered on a sponsorship basis.
A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Registered Nurse to qualify for the bonus
(in addition to graduate placements) within an Australian health service – With preference within a geriatric or aged care environment however, not essential.
Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team.
Preferably prior experience working with Indigenous Australian's and or working in remote areas of Australia.
Demonstrates effective and clear written and verbal communication skills, including intermediate computer skills.
Ability to meet and obtain mandatory compliance requirements.
Demonstrates and has references that indicate you are a proactive and supportive colleague, you have strong work ethic and, understands that the ultimate requirement is to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our elderly residents.
