We're looking for acapable and motivated Financial Accountant to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract based at our Kenmore Head Office.
This is a hands‐on role suited to an accountant who enjoys variety, thrives on problem-solving and is confident working independently.
Your new opportunity:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be involved in a broad range of financial accounting activities, including:
Month-end accounting, journals and reconciliations
Financial reporting and variance analysis
General ledger maintenance and integrity
Audit and compliance activities
Stakeholder engagement and financial support
Process improvement initiatives
What you will bring to our team:
We're looking for someone who combines solid technical accounting skills with excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
You'll bring:
Degree qualifications in Accounting or Finance
CPA or CA qualification (or close to completion)
Approximately 3-5years' accounting experience
Strong understanding of debits, credits,journalsand reconciliations
Experience in month end processes
Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and SUMIFs
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail




Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with finance and non-finance stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power BI and Power Query will be highly regarded
Eligibility requirements:
You must have eligibility to work full‐time hours in Australia for the duration of this contract
Hold a current National Police Check or willingness to acquire if requested
