Packing Line Leader - Night Shift

We're seeking an experienced Packing Line Leader to oversee operations onnight shift, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across multiple production lines.

Lead the day-to-day running of up to five packing lines, managing team rotations and minimising downtime.

Key responsibilities:
Manage line productivity and ensure all products meet quality standards.
Oversee line changeovers, organise packaging,



and ensure process documentation is accurate and complete.
Communicate effectively with operators, setters, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
Support health and safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in materials handling, clean-up, and maintaining overall site standards.
What you'll bring:
Previous experience leading teams in food/ pharma manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment.
Previous experience working on a packing line
Hands-on approach with a strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
Strong experience with SAP
Ability to manage multiple lines, prioritise tasks, and respond quickly to operational issues.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Flexibility to work the night shift 11pm to 7.15am.
Willingness to undertake shift-specific safety and operational training.
