About the Role
As an Assistant Educator, you will work alongside our team to:
Build positive and nurturing relationships with children and families.
Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
Create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.
Contribute to children's learning, wellbeing, and development.
Work collaboratively with educators to maintain high-quality practices in line with the National Quality Framework.
We're looking for someone who:
Holds aDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care(or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).




Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Is reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
Understands the importance of child safety and professional practice.
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
