Who is TeamKids?
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia.
We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.
Job Description
This unique school is thoughtfully split into 2 separate programs, each led by a Director of Service with a Program Manager on-site daily to provide guidance and support.
This strong leadership team ensures you have the resources and mentorship you need to deliver an exceptional program and thrive in your role.
This split-site service is licensed for 228 children and has been thoughtfully designed to support both junior and senior school-aged children.
The Junior program operates from a dedicated cottage for Before and After School Care, while the Senior program runs from a newly renovated shared hall, with daily set-up and pack-down during After School Care.
Located in Waverton, NSW ****, this is a well-established service with exciting opportunities for growth and leadership.
We currently have
both full-time and part-time Director of Service opportunities available
as part of the service's transition into dedicated Junior and Senior programs.
This new structure provides greater leadership focus,



allowing each Director to oversee their own age group while working collaboratively to deliver exceptional care and experiences for children and families.

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
The Successful Candidate:
You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
Thrives in a quick-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!
Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
As part of TeamKids' commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids

Final salary is confirmed during offer, aligned to our internal salary bands and the Children's Services Award.
