Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and empowering teams?
We're looking for a agile Training Business Partner to support our VIC Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals teams in delivering high-impact training programs that foster growth, collaboration and success.
This is more than just a training role, it's about shaping the future of how we learn, grow and work together at Wellways!
Facilitating engaging online and in-person training programs for Locals teams.
Working closely with Locals Training Coordinators to coordinate scheduling and training records.
Undertaking training needs analysis to identify current and future learning priorities.
Supporting training evaluation and continuous improvement activities.
Building strong, collaborative relationships across Wellways, Locals teams and key partners.
Leading and contributing to projects focused on new training programs, resources, products and processes.
Actively contributing to team collaboration, knowledge sharing and weekly training huddles.
You'll play an important role by:

Requirements
Tertiary qualifications (minimum certificate IV) in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other health related field and certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Education or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience in training design and development of training packages
Experience using Articulate Rise 360 in creating eLearning
High level people skills and experience of working in dynamic teams
Current valid Driver's License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
Right to Work within Australia
Satisfactory National Police Records Check (less than 12 months old)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
