You'll assist in preparing dishes across events, buffet and à la carte service while upholding hygiene, presentation, and efficiency.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Protected Food Handling certification.
You'll work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with development support and staff benefits.
