About the Role
We're looking for a welcoming, customer-focusedReceptionistto join us on acasual basisat our beautifulTasman Holiday Parks - South Bright.
In this role, you'll be the first smiling face our guests meet, assisting with check-ins, reservations, and providing helpful local information to ensure every stay is memorable.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of front-line reception services and ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously.
What We're Looking For
Experience in (or the ability to quickly master) booking systems - New Book would be extremely advantageous
Ability to establish and maintain robust and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods is a must
A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service




Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
This position may occasionally require on‐call availability, so flexibility outside standard working hours is essential.
