About the role
You'll be involved in a mix of:
Providing housekeeping services for our clients
Responding to client enquiries via phone, text and email
Supporting bookings and scheduling
Assisting with marketing and social media
General administration
Helping with accounts (experience is an advantage)
Supporting our team wherever needed to help the business run smoothly
Think of this as a
2IC role
—someone who enjoys wearing many hats and helping keep everything together over approx ***** hrs a week.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
A genuine enjoyment or gift of housekeeping (incl cleaning, washing, cooking, ironing, organising)
Love helping people and providing outstanding customer service
Communicate with kindness and professionalism
Learn current technology and apps quickly
Enjoy juggling different tasks and solving problems
Stay calm under pressure
Have a good eye for detail and trust your instincts
Like finding better ways to do things




Enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive team
Are happy to help wherever needed
Experience in sales, marketing, bookkeeping or administration is welcomed, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
Minimum requirements
Current NSW driver's licence
Reliable vehicle
Live on the Central Coast
Reliable home internet and mobile phone coverage
Reasonably fit and capable of housekeeping duties
Willing to obtain a Police Check
