HR Clerk
to support our dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities
:
Provide general administration and clerical support to our HR team.
Maintain an up-to-date filing and archiving system.
Support Payroll Administration tasks and ensure compliance with AS-*********.
Handle HR and Payroll-based document control.
Distribute and create policy and procedural documents.
Provide customer service to our valued employees and act as a point of contact.
Update and enter data into ERMS and maintain HR team calendars.
Arrange meetings, set appointments, and compile reports/spreadsheets.
Complete audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
To be successful, you will have
:




Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent data entry skills.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A professional and well-presented demeanor.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
The ability to take initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
Own transport, as our location is not well-serviced by public transport.
