About the Role
Lead expert nutrition care that helps people regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You'll work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, shape evidence based practice and help improve patient flow, recovery and successful discharge across CALHN.
Lead nutrition care for complex rehabilitation patients
Build person centred care plans and goals
Guide dietitians, assistants and students
Drive quality improvement and service excellence
Support discharge and hospital avoidance pathways
About You
You're an experienced dietitian who enjoys leading others, delivering exceptional rehabilitation care and improving outcomes for people with complex health needs.
Eligible for Dietitians Australia membership
Expertise in complex rehabilitation nutrition care
Experience leading teams and supervising staff
Strong communication and evidence based practice skills
Knowledge of quality improvement and rehabilitation care
