An exciting opportunity for a Casual Chef to join our great team at Mosaic Hotel:
Casual position ***** hours per week initially
Diverse and energetic team across bistro dining, outdoor deck, sports, function rooms and our newly renovated beer garden
Contribute to our rich local history by supporting the kitchen team create and execute menus for daily specials and themed events
About the role:
Seeking an experienced Chef for Mosaic Hotel. To support the growth and success of our kitchen operations you will have the following:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in an al a carte kitchen working environment
All trade and commencement paperwork at the ready
Confidence in all kitchen operations including stock management and ordering
Strong people leadership culture
Flexibility over a 7 day roster




Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to start immediately
