Hey there! We're currently looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a T-Rista at our busy Joondalup location. As a T-Rista, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of delicious beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, following our strict recipes and quality standards.
- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers, taking their orders and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition for smooth operations.
- Suggest and promote our wide range of products to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring the security of all funds.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, following all health regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional service to our customers.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products, ingredients, and brewing techniques through training and personal development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service-focused role is preferred, but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all!
- A genuine passion for coffee and beverages, with a desire to learn and expand your knowledge in the field.




- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
