About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced
Leading Hand / Foreman
to join our team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead projects, coordinate trades, and ensure every home is built to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and trades
Read and interpret construction plans
Maintain quality workmanship and site safety
Keep projects on schedule
Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers

Essential
Qualified Carpenter
Previous Leading Hand or Foreman experience (or ready to step into the role)
Strong residential construction experience
Current White Card
Current Driver's Licence
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Solid work ethic and positive attitude
