Operations Management
Open or close the café according to standard procedures.
Oversee daily floor operations
Monitor quality, speed, and presentation .
Ensure cleanliness and adherence to health & safety standards.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and support team members during shifts.
Delegate tasks and break schedules efficiently.
Train new team members on protocols and customer service.
Customer Experience
Act as the first point of escalation for customer concerns.
Ensure friendly and timely service throughout the shift.
Handle refunds, discounts, and complaints appropriately.
Administrative & Reporting
Complete shift paperwork (e.g., cash handling, inventory counts, checklists).
Communicate shift performance
Monitor stock levels; alert management for low supplies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and café hygiene standards.
